Soundings Studio private lessons and group class instruction
Private lessons and group classes provide personalized instruction
- an interview is required prior to acceptance into the studio
- a commitment to and payment for eight lessons is required for acceptance into the studio
- approximately 15 lessons or classes per semester
- all lessons and classes are one hour long
- lessons may be taken weekly or every other week
- all lessons and classes are held at the Soundings Studio unless otherwise noted
- a studio recital will occur every spring
- a "dress" rehearsal will always proceed the studio recital
Soundings Choral Group
The primary goal of the Soundings Choral Group is to create singing communities for dedicated amateur musicians who love choral singing, want to be vocally and musically challenged, and long for an opportunity to be with other singers with the same passion.
- ensembles in the Soundings Choral Group (at present)
- middle school ensemble (Wednesday afternoons from 1:15-3:15)
- high school ensemble (Monday nights from 6:30-8:30)
- women's ensemble (Thursday nights from 6:30-8:30)
- audition/interview required prior to acceptance
- a commitment to and payment for one semester of rehearsals required for acceptance
- approximately 15 rehearsals per semester PLUS "week of concert " rehearsal(s) and a dress rehearsal
- weekly rehearsals are 2 hours long
- all rehearsals are held at the Soundings Studio unless otherwise noted
- a public performance (or performances) concludes each semester's work

Soundings summer camps
- One-Act Musical Camp for middle and high school students was held in July 2009 closing with a performance of "Dick Whittington and His Cat" and in July 2010 closing with a performance of "Motley Tales".
- Music and musical theatre camps are planned for the summer of 2011.
